**Important schedule note for late Feb/April 2026: We are beginning a construction project to add a garage and covered carport to the property. We have made adjustments to our calendar during this time. Some dates are blocked, and other dates are now discounted: 30% off weekdays, 10% off weekends. Work crews will be on site Monday -Thursday and will be using power tools. The parking area will be more crowded due to material storage, dumpsters, etc. Parking may be on the driveway rather than the concrete pad. The EV charger may not be accessible.
